Young Leaders joined the Women's Philanthropic Network (WPN) at St. Marks Hospital for our third annual Advocacy Training. One of United Way of Salt Lake's own Bill Crim opened up the training with his comments on why public policy work is important to the work we are acomplishing. We heard remarks from Sentor Hillyard, Rep. Bikoupski, advocate and Young Leader Heather Trittin who is with UCAPA and lobbist, Kate Bradshaw with Parsons, Behle & Latimer.
